Shakti Rising Yoga Dance
Sunday, July 15 at 1:30pm – 3pm

Shakti Rising Yoga Dance is a fun, high energy class that is designed to move your body and get your heart pumping while working your subtle energy centers (chakras) and increasing vitality while reducing stress.

Each session moves you through all seven chakras, clears the meridian systems & moves the Divine Energy of Shakti through the body.
The play list is going to be everything from Pop to chill music. Our inaugural class is ALL 80s music that you know and love!!
It’s fun, it will get you moving and excited, it’s made for people of all levels of dance skill & fitness. It’s like a Zumba class with Energy healing and Meditation.

Express Yoga for Energy
Wednesdays, Noon – 12:50pm

This Wednesday lunchtime express class is 50 minutes long, and was developed to help support those who need to renew energy to get over the hump each week.  If you want to experience a calm focused presence and give yourself a mid-week boost, this class is perfect for you.

Express Yoga for Energy integrates traditional yoga, breathing techniques, energizing yet relaxing flowing movement and systematic balancing and discharging of excess energy from the nervous system through traditional Asian and South American healing techniques – as well as cutting edge energy medicine techniques as taught by Donna Eden.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
Sundays, 6:30 – 8:00pm

Each Sunday evening, we offer an opportunity to develop the capacity to relax and maintain calm, joyful presence.  Restorative practices are easy for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness levels. This class is designed to help train the nervous system to relax deeply and discharge excess energy from the nervous system.  The atmosphere is safe and inviting. We use soft lighting, essential oils and sound healing to help the body relax deeply. Through the use of props, we bring the body to four to five poses throughout the hour. This allows the body to sink into deep stillness.  Bodhi Deva Ma facilitates the deepening of stillness through hands on assistance to stimulate the relaxation response.

The final 20 minutes includes Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep.  This guided meditation supports deep stillness and cultivates supportive thought processes which support  personal development and health of the mind and emotions.

Yoga for Stress Management
Sundays,  9 – 10am

This refreshing Sunday morning class utilizes traditional yoga, breath work, meditation, flowing movement and energy healing techniques to help participants learn to manage and relieve stress and to take this experience of peace into the world.

Wednesday Meditation
Wednesdays, 6:45 – 7:15pm

Lotus Living Arts Studio offers a weekly group meditation practice facilitated by Bodhi Deva Ma.  Each week the group will utilize different meditation techniques to deepen and expand meditation practice.  Bodhi will also offer meditation instruction and support for personal practice. We will explore meditation techniques from around the world and as well, will help participants work toward the development and stabilization of a customized personal practice.
